Season ground beef with 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper to taste and cook

Make street corn by combining 2 cups corn kernels, 150g non fat plain greek yogurt, 60g light mayo, 60g cotija cheese, 1/4 a red onion, 1 large jalepeno, juice of 2 limes, cilantro, 1 tsp chili powder, salt to taste, and tajin to taste

Assemble bowls with baked sweet potato, seasoned ground beef, and street corn
