Instructions
- 01
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
- 02
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub pork chops with the olive oil and place them on the prepared baking dish.
- 03
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, ground black pepper and paprika together. Rub the pork seasoning over all sides of the pork chops.
- 04
Bake pork chops in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes for 1-inch thick boneless pork chops. The pork chops are done when the internal temperature measures 145 degrees Fahrenheit on an instant read thermometer, slight pink in the center is safe. (Thinner pork chops will cook faster, bone-in pork chops will take longer to cook.) Be careful not to overcook the pork chops or they will dry out.
- 05
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes and then serve.
