Breakfast Burritos
Frozen pastries are okay, but if you can add protein for your family with breakfast burritoes, that's even better. Load up your freezer.

Instructions

Cook scrambled eggs with butter.

On a flour tortilla, add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon or some loose sausage, some diced peppers and some shredded cheese.

Wrap into a burrito shape and wrap in foil.

Place in a large resealable freezer bag and freeze.

Remove the desired number of burritos from the bag.

Thaw. Remove foil.

Cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes, or in 350° oven for approximately 10 minutes.

Remove the desired number of burritos from the bag. Remove foil.

Brush or spray oil on all sides of burritos.

Cook from frozen in air fryer preheated to 350° for 15 minutes, flipping once.

From thawed, cook at 390°F in air fryer for 2-3 minutes, turning once.
