Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic salt, and ground ginger.

Pour the marinade over the salmon in a covered dish or ziplock bag

Gently toss the salmon in the marinade to coat evenly
- 04
Marinate for 20-30 mins in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 400 F
- 06
Heat the butter in an oven safe pan or skillet.

Allow the butter to brown on medium heat for about 2 minutes or until the butter browns lightly; stir frequently

Add in the minced garlic

Sauté for 30 secs

Stir in the lemon juice

Add in the salmon fillets skin side down.

Pour the marinade over the salmon

Turn off the heat and baste the salmon with the butter sauce

Place lemon slices on top of each fillet

Bake for 3-4 mins depending on the thickness of the fillets

Broil for 1-2 mins until the fillets are slighting charred.

Garnish with dill or parsley
