    Brown ¼ pound sausage in a skillet over medium heat and set aside in a bowl.

    Scramble 6 eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and set aside in a bowl.

    Place 6 flour tortillas on a flat surface and evenly layer the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, ¼ cup salsa, and ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese divided between each tortilla.

    Wrap them to form a burrito.

    To freeze, place all the burritos on a baking sheet.

    Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

    Then move the burritos to a freezer safe bag or container and freezer for up to 3 months.

    To defrost, remove a burrito from the freezer bag. Wrap it with a damp paper towel and reheat it in the microwave for up to 2 minutes.
