    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients (except for the beef broth) together with your hands until combined.

    Roll meat mixture into 40 meatballs (size is approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons each.)

    Place meatballs onto 1-2 parchment paper covered baking sheets, pour beef broth to cover the bottom of the baking sheet.

  5. 05

    Optional: Sprinkle with extra parsely.

  6. 06

    Pour beef broth onto bottom of baking sheet.

  7. 07

    Bake 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

  8. 08

    Remove from oven, transfer meatballs to a clean parchment paper covered baking sheet and place in freezer for 1 hour to harden before transfering to a freezer safe bag.
