High Protein Cheesy Hot Honey Chicken Pizza

A high protein pizza with nearly 100g of protein per 12" pizza, made with a cottage cheese pizza dough and topped with chicken, cheese, and hot honey.

Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients first then add the blended cottage cheese. Mix till you get crumbly texture, lightly oil your hands then form into a big dough ball

  2. 02

    Use a knife to split into 2 equal halves and make 2 balls

  3. 03

    Lightly flour the surface then use a rolling pin to rollout the dough as thin as you can without tearing. Fold the edges to form and crust

  4. 04

    Place on a lined 11" pizza tray, use a fork to poke holes on the base, add your fillings then bake in a preheated oven at 225C / 440F for 7-8 mins till beautifully golden and crispy
