Preheat the oven to 475℉.

On a small baking sheet, arrange the bagel halves cut-side up. Divide the marinara between 2 of the bagel halves and spread evenly. Top each of the marinara bagels with 2 tablespoons mozzarella and 6 slices pepperoni.

Drizzle each of the 2 remaining bagel halves with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoons parmesan. Arrange a slice of prosciutto on each.

Bake the pizza bagels until the cheese is melted, the pepperoni have cupped, and the prosciutto is slightly crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the pepperoni pizzas with a little parmesan cheese. Add dollops of fig preserves to the prosciutto pizzas, then top with the arugula and goat cheese. Drizzle the prosciutto pizzas with balsamic glaze before serving.
